HATS OFF TO A FUN FILLED HEALTHY YEAR OF LEARNING !!!
Here are a few tips to help this to be a successful year for you !
Eat Breakfast- this helps to fuel your brain for all the exciting things you will be learning each day.
Get plenty of sleep each night. 9-10 hours is needed to refresh body and brain.
Set a bedtime that will allow you to get those 9-10 hours each night.
To make mornings easier, choose what you are going to wear to school the next day before bedtime each night.
Keep your books, homework and other supplies you will need in the same location. This saves a lot of time looking for your things when it is time to leave for school.
Do your homework as soon as you can after school .
Remember to stay active outside at least 30-60 minutes each day.
Choose lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (at least 4-6 servings) each day.
Drink lots of water.
