LET'S "BEE" HEALTHY
1. Start your day the healthy way. Eat breakfast !
2. Choose water to drink instead of soft drinks. Drink plenty to help yourself "bee" healthy.
3. Make red, green,yellow and purple your favorite colors. See how many fruits and vegetables you can choose of these colors to eat each day.Try to eat 3 or 4 servings each day.
4. Stay active- choose to play outside games.
5. Ask mom and dad to join in for an outside game.
6. Limit your time watching tv or playing video games.
7. Get plenty of rest . Try for 9-10 hours.
Helping yourself to "bee" healthy involves making good choices. See how many of the above you can do each day to help yourself "bee healthy".
