Announcements:

Season starts October 2nd  6-8:30pm

Archery Camp 4-6th grade  September 12-14th 3:30-5:30 P.E. Bldg.  This is Mandatory for anyone who has NOT been thru the program. Cost is $50 (includes membership)

Archery Club yearly dues are $30.  Signups will be handed out in September.

About Us

Bergman School & the Bergman Shooting Sports are proud to be apart of the Arkansas National Archery in the Schools Program (ANASP).  3 Divisional Teams (ELE, MS, HS) Bergman has been a Top 10 Archery School for the past 8yrs.  With over 150 student archers participating annually.  Bergmans Teams have qualified for & competed in 3 National Tournaments in the past 6 years.  Bergman Archery was also instumental in setting a New Guinness World Records (2013) as the Worlds Largest Indoor Archery Tournament.  This program is sponsored in part by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.

History has been made!!!  For the first time @ the State Tournament held April 1-2 in Hot Springs, all Bergman Archery Teams placed well enough to receive an invitation to compete in the NASP NATIONAL Tournament being held May 12-14 2017 in Louisville KY. 

Out of 500 schools competing this year, and after Regional Qualifications, our Elementary Team placed 8th out of 29 with a score of 2854, Middle School won 5th of 32 with 3176 & High School won 3rd of 31 with 3269 . Middle School Archers, Cherri Dorrough 279 won 4th overall girl and Connor Westlake 285 placed 5th overall boy.  Also Coaches Donny Fraser and Carla Jackson won 1st and 2nd in the coaches shootoff.  Bergman also won the coveted “Spirit Award”.  Congratulations Panther Archers!!!!! NATIONALS BOUND!!!!!!
