Reminders
I am ready for another great school year!
There are a few things that I would like to remind my parents and students:
1.) Always start your day with a wholesome breakfast. This helps your body and brain have fuel for the day. This will also keep your
body healthy.
2.)Get plenty of rest. Our bodies heal during rest.
3.)Keep your hands out of your mouth, nose, and eyes. Cover open sores and don't pick at sores. These are ways to help prevent
bacteria and viruses from entering our body.
4.)Realize that your have the opportunity today to provide a positive influence in someone's life. Make it happen!
5.)DON'T TEXT AND DRIVE! (and try not to use your cell phone while driving). See my "texting" tab for the reality of texting & driving.
